Banana Carob Oat Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting
Bananas and peanut butter are just the combinations we all look forward to, plus the crunchiness of the oats adds just the right nutty flavor to get the other flavors amplified. Oh, and don’t fret about the chocolate chips; the chocolate chips in question are carob chips – a safe and healthy alternative to regular chocolate.

- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Honey
- ½ Cup Carbo Chips
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 ½ Cups Wheat Flour
- 1 ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter

- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Take an 8-inch cake pan, line it with nonstick spray, and set it aside.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the mashed bananas, honey, egg, rolled oats, and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan lined with nonstick spray and stick it into the oven.
